SUNIG Handball (Women)-Day 1
Teams NUS and NTU opened the Games victorious on the first day of the SUniG Handball (Women). The two powerhouses thrashed their opponents, Teams SIM and SMU respectively, by huge margins.
NUS proved to be too strong for the young SIM team, which struggled to keep pace with their opponents. Being more experienced in tactics and teamwork, NUS won handsdown with a score of 39 – 5.
SMU tried their best to defend in the first half of the game, where they managed to hold the fort and allowed NTU only a three-point lead. However, NTU brought the game to a higher level in the second half, extending their lead and finally winning the match with a convincing of 39 – 10.

NTU vs SMU (36 – 10)
